These terms govern the use of our website, reservation system, and purchases made on-site or online. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

 

Reservations and Cancellations

When making a reservation, you agree to provide accurate contact information. For large groups or special events, we reserve the right to request a deposit to secure the booking. We kindly request that cancellations or changes to your party size be made at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a "no-show" for a pre-paid event or a large group booking where a deposit was paid, the deposit may be non-refundable.

 

Art Gallery and Novelty Shop Purchases

All artworks and items sold in our gallery and shop are sold as-is. While we take every effort to ensure the accuracy of pricing and descriptions on our website, we reserve the right to correct any errors. Ownership of goods passes to the purchaser only once full payment has been received. Due to the unique and fragile nature of art pieces, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is proven to be defective at the time of purchase.
