Refund & Cancellation Policy

Restaurant 

Quality & Assessment: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your meal or beverage, please bring it to the attention of your server immediately. Management reserves the right to assess the situation and will make every reasonable effort to rectify or correct the meal to your satisfaction.

Finality: We do not offer refunds or replacements for meals that have been substantially consumed, or for a "change of heart" regarding personal taste preferences once a meal has been prepared correctly according to our menu.

 

Live Music & Event Tickets

No Refunds: All ticket sales for live music, performances, or scheduled shows are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for "no-shows" or changes in your personal schedule.

Ticket Transfers: You are permitted to gift or sell your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend.

Event Cancellation: In the event that Cornerstone Creek or the performer cancels the show, a full refund or a credit for a future event will be provided.

 

Private Events & Function Bookings

Because we reserve specific areas, turn away other patrons, and prepare specifically for your celebration:

Cancellations (7+ Days): Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.

Cancellations (Less than 7 Days): Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. This covers loss of alternate business, specialized staffing, and preparation costs already incurred.

Rescheduling: Requests to move a booking date are at the sole discretion of management and must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

 

Retail & Merchandise

Apparel Exchanges: We are happy to exchange apparel for a different size within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.

Change of Mind: We do not offer cash refunds for "change of heart" on merchandise. At our discretion, we may offer a store credit or exchange for another item.

Defective Goods: If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect, it may be returned with proof of purchase for assessment.

Sale Items: All items purchased on sale or at a discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Art Gallery

All Art Sales are Final: No returns or exchanges will be accepted for artwork once it has been purchased and removed from the premises. We encourage all patrons to inspect artwork thoroughly before completing the sale.
